Matt is the founder of Seneca House Advisors and serves as the firm’s Principal and Director of Investments. He oversees the firm’s research and investment activities including strategic wealth planning, portfolio management, risk management, and performance reporting. Prior to founding Seneca House Advisors, Matt was an independent advisor with a large publicly traded broker-dealer.

Matt is a Richmond native and attended Trinity Episcopal School before graduating from Hampden-Sydney College with honors in Economics. At Hampden-Sydney, Matt was a member of the Tiger’s Baseball Team.

Matt has 16 years of industry experience. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Elizabeth joined Seneca House Advisors in the summer of 2016. She serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Principal of the firm. She oversees all aspects of the financial planning process. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth spent 22 years as an independent advisor with a large publicly traded broker-dealer.

Elizabeth is originally from West Virginia but now calls Richmond home. She graduated from Hamilton College and received her masters degree from University of Virginia. She also has a law degree from University of Richmond.

Elizabeth is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Behavioral Financial Advisor.
